Objective:
The client’s objective was to acquire users for their platform while managing their budget efficiently.
Strategy:
After carefully reviewing the client’s brief, we developed a comprehensive work plan with recommendations before initiating the campaign. Our strategy focused on targeting the 23-44 age group in Lagos, Nigeria, aligning the key performance indicators (KPIs) for app downloads, sign-ups, and other metrics such as engagement and site visits.
Campaign Results:
App Download:
The majority, 80%, of the app downloads were attributed to the highest acquisition source, which was Google Ads.
Sign-Up:
Among the acquired sign-ups, Facebook Ads accounted for 60% of the total.
Engagement:
Instagram emerged as the channel with the highest engagement, constituting 45% of the overall engagement across channels.
Clicks:
When comparing social media platforms, Facebook had the lowest cost per click (CPC), while Twitter had the highest CPC.
